System              

Main Function

1.Main feeding system    

Convey feed from silo or manpower hopper into each feedling line hopper automatically.

2.Pan feeding system       

Convey feed into each feed pan automatically.

3.Nipple drinking system                        

Supply clean water to each nipple steadily, the water will be out easily when birds touch nipples and chicken can drink water from 360 degree freely.

4.Ventilation system    

Control climate condition, provide fresh air, proper temperature and humidity for different satge chickes, ensuring your chickens provide maximum production.

5.Cooling pad system                                        

When the air goes through cooling pads, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air will be cooled before going into your chicken farms.

6.Environment control system          

Control the temperature in chicken farm by controlling ventilation fans, cooling pads, air inlet

windows and heaters automatically, also control the light, water and feeding.

7.Spraying system

Reduce temperature, increase humidity, clean your chicken farms, disinfect your farms.

8.Heating system 

Warm your chicken farm, provide heating for day-old chicks.

The sensor is usually installed at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve feed delivery automatically. The motor will start working and convey feed when sensor doesn't touch feed and will stop working when sensor touchs feed.

It's very convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.

Waterline front system                                                           

Front part is controller of water, which is usually installed in control room.

*Pressure regulating valve: to make sure to supply stable water to drinking lines.

*Filter: clean water and avoid blocking nipples.

*Water meter: to measure water usage volume.

*Doser(Medicator): add medicine to drinking system automatically to prevent disease.

Nipple drinking lines

Nipple:

The outside shell is made of high quality plastic, the valve rod is made of high quality stainless steel.
